Premium Arabica Coffee, from the slopes of Mount Batukaru

Aum Cemara Coffee – taken from community coffee plantations on the slopes of Mount Batukaru. The coffee farmers in Dusun Cemara have produced Arabica coffee which has a sharp fruity taste. The acid which is the identity of Arabica coffee with the fruity addition of this coffee, creates a refreshing sensation of drinking coffee.

Known by some Korean & European markets as Batukaru Mountainside Coffee. This coffee, which is organically cultivated by Cemara farmers, has its own fans. Coffee with a smooth and sour taste with a sharp fruity become its own trademark.

The location of the plantation, which is on the slopes of a mountain, provides the quality of the sun and fertility. Although the level of difficulty arises from the side of treatment and distribution. Mount Batukaru & Pura Luhur Batukaru which are symbols of fertility on the island of Bali, provide delicious coffee to the world.

TRADITIONAL PROCESSING is still the preferred method of processing for Aum Cemara coffee producing farmers.


1400 mdpl plantation

An altitude of 1300 – 1400 meters is very good for arabica coffee plants. At an altitude where Arabica coffee grow well, resulting in premium quality coffee beans.


Organic Process

The process of cultivating and maintaining this coffee plant is completely organic, without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilizers.
